Frequently Asked Questions

IPRA's Six County Senior Games is open registration to all active adults ages 50+. You do not need to live in the Six County area to compete.
Registration opens on May 12, 2026 starting at 9:00am. Pickleball registration will close after June 4, 2026. Registration for events between July 1–14 will close after June 26, 2026 and all other events will close after July 6, 2026.
Yes — click the link in your confirmation email to add or remove an event, change a partner, or make other updates. Changes can be made prior to your event's registration deadline (see above).
Medals are awarded based on each age category. Your age is whatever age you are by the end of 2026. If your partner is in a different age category, you will play in the category of the youngest player.

For Pickleball: One person per team must register and pays the full team fee. You must register for each event you wish to participate in. The partner's information must be included upon registration in order to validate bracket registration. We cannot split payments. All waivers will be collected onsite. There are no discounts for multiple pickleball or team events.

For Team Sports (Softball, Volleyball, 3v3 Basketball): One designated captain registers and pays the full team fee. The captain must provide their full roster prior to June 26, 2026.

Payments cannot be split for these events. All waivers will be collected onsite.

Some events have higher fees due to facility costs, referees, and other needs. Additional fees upon registration: 9-hole golf & 18-hole golf. Additional facility fees onsite: Bowling $4/game, Trap Shoot $6/round, Skeet Shoot $6/round.
Each participant must bring their own equipment, which must meet all regulations of the competition. The chairperson of each event has the authority to make final calls and decisions.
Cancellations made up to 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Please allow up to two weeks for processing. There will be no refunds for no-shows.
The Six County Senior Games has authority to cancel any event due to conditions that might affect participant safety. To find out if your event will be held, call (847) 804-4876. Indoor facilities are available for track and field events and pickleball.
No. IPRA's Six County Senior Games is an independent event and is not a qualifying site for any other competition.
