The IPRA ProConnect Mentorship Program is an award-winning program designed to connect and inspire IPRA Professionals across career stages through meaningful mentorship, shared learning, and career development.
What is ProConnect?
More than mentorship.
ProConnect brings professionals at different career stages together in three-person mentorship triads to share experiences, explore goals, and learn from one another.
From February through May, your triad builds the foundation for relationships designed to continue long after the formal program ends.

Is ProConnect right for you?
ProConnect is for professionals who want to grow their network, learn from others, explore professional goals, and invest in meaningful relationships within the parks and recreation profession.
The commitment: Mentors and Mentees should plan for at least 2-3 hours per month outside of scheduled ProConnect events from February through May.
Mentee
As a Mentee, you are paired with experienced professionals who guide and support your growth. Through intentional conversations, goal-setting, and shared experiences, you gain practical strategies and personalized advice to thrive.
Mentor
As a Mentor, you make a lasting impact by sharing your expertise and lessons learned. You help mentees build skills, navigate challenges, and develop a strong foundation for long-term success.
