Personal Summary: I have been Executive Director at CSPD for 12 years, winning the Gold Medal in 2002. We like to think we are a District on the cutting edge, regularly challenging our organization, our Board, our staff to deliver more and better services. Started my career at little Oakbrook Terrace and have worked for Indianapolis Parks and Recreation serving a diverse population of 1 million. Have worked in 3 states and one foreign country. 30 years in a variety of positions and organizations builds a huge amount of experience and knowledge to share. My motivation for mentoring is to share that information with others. I like to challenge people to think outside of the norm, and to be challenged in return. Outside of work I enjoy family, gardening, volleyball, softball, reading and woodcarving.
